SOCIAL BONUS: A BREVE LA PIATTAFORMA INFORMATICA PER L'INVIO DELLA DOMANDA


Lo ha comunicato il Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali il 18 luglio scorso.La piattaforma permetterà agli enti beneficiari di presentare la domanda di partecipazione al "Social Bonus" entro il 15 gennaio, il 15 maggio e il 15 settembre di ogni anno, come previsto dal Decreto interministeriale del 23 febbraio 2022. Con il recente Decreto interdirettoriale n. 118 del 7 luglio, rende noto il Ministero, è stata pubblicata la modulistica relativa al procedimento di individuazione dei progetti di recupero ammissibili al Social Bonus, oltre a quella relativa alla rendicontazione delle spese sostenute dagli Enti del Terzo Settore con le risorse finanziarie acquisite tramite le erogazioni liberali effettuate a sostegno dei medesimi progetti. Il "Social Bonus", ricordiamo, è stato istituito in attuazione dell'art. 81 del Codice del Terzo Settore, quale credito d'imposta pari al 65% delle erogazioni liberali in denaro effettuate da persone fisiche e del 50% se effettuate da enti o società in favore degli Enti del Terzo Settore, che presentino al Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali un progetto per sostenere il recupero degli immobili pubblici inutilizzati e dei beni mobili e immobili confiscati alla criminalità organizzata, assegnati ai suddetti Enti del Terzo Settore e da questi utilizzati esclusivamente per lo svolgimento di attività di interesse generale con modalità non commerciali. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
