RIAPERTO IL CANALE TELEMATICO PER I TAX CREDIT ENERGIA MATURATI NEL 2022


Con un avviso del 26 giugno 2023, l’Agenzia Entrate ha comunicato la riapertura del canale telematico ai fini della presentazione della comunicazione dei crediti d’imposta energia e gas maturati nel 2022.Tale riapertura è correlata alla risoluzione n. 27 del 19 giugno 2023, in cui l’Agenzia ha affermato la possibilità di applicare l’istituto della remissione in bonis alla comunicazione dei crediti d’imposta maturati nel secondo semestre 2022 per l’acquisto di prodotti energetici. Coloro che non hanno trasmesso la comunicazione entro il 16 marzo 2023, per regolarizzare la situazione, devono inviarla entro il termine di presentazione della prima dichiarazione utile, versare la sanzione minima di 250 euro tramite modello F24 Elide, indicando il codice tributo “8114”. Diversamente, coloro che intendono correggere una comunicazione errata devono prima annullare tale comunicazione, versare la sanzione e poi inviare la comunicazione corretta. In ogni caso, i crediti d’imposta devono essere utilizzati in compensazione, tramite modello F24, entro i termini stabiliti dalle relative disposizioni. La comunicazione può essere compilata con il software disponibile nella scheda “Software per la comunicazione dei crediti d’imposta maturati nel 2022” e poi inviata tramite i servizi telematici messi a disposizione dall’Agenzia, oppure può essere compilata e inviata tramite il servizio web disponibile nell’area riservata del sito internet, seguendo il percorso: “Servizi – Agevolazioni – Crediti d’imposta maturati in relazione alle spese sostenute per l’acquisto dei prodotti energetici“.

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
