ONERI DEDUCIBILI E DETRAIBILI: CONSERVAZIONE DELLA DOCUMENTAZIONE DA PARTE DI CAF E PROFESSIONISTI ABILITATI


Nella Circolare "omnibus" n. 14/2023, tramite la quale l'Agenzia Entrate fornisce indicazioni in merito alla compilazione della dichiarazione dei redditi delle persone fisiche e per l’apposizione del visto di conformità relativi all’anno d’imposta 2022, importanti chiarimenti riguardano l'obbligo d di conservazione a decorrere dall'anno d'imposta 2022, da parte dei Caf e professionisti abilitati, della documentazione relativa agli oneri deducibili e detraibili. L'Agenzia chiarisce che, in riferimento alla conservazione della documentazione concernente gli oneri per i quali spetta una detrazione: nell’ipotesi di dichiarazione precompilata presentata senza modifiche è previsto l’esonero dalla conservazione della documentazione degli oneri comunicati dai soggetti terzi; nell'ipotesi di modifica della dichiarazione precompilata è necessario invece conservare la documentazione per tutti gli oneri.  Per le spese sanitarie occorre tenere da parte i singoli documenti (scontrini, fatture, ecc.) che non risultano indicati nella precompilata o il cui importo è stato modificato, oltre al prospetto dettagliato delle spese sanitarie disponibili nel Sistema tessera sanitaria (Sts).   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
