DICHIARAZIONE DEI REDDITI E SUPERBONUS: RILASCIO DEL VISTO DI CONFORMITà


Con le Circolari n. 14/E e 15/E del 19 giugno l'Agenzia delle Entrate fornisce importanti chiarimenti ed indicazioni in merito alla compilazione della dichiarazione dei redditi delle persone fisiche e per l’apposizione del visto di conformità relativi all’anno d’imposta 2022. Tra le novità di quest'anno viene chiarito, ad esempio, che il contribuente che intenda fruire della detrazione relativa al Superbonus nella dichiarazione dei redditi, e per la stessa dichiarazione non sussista l’obbligo di apposizione del visto sull’intera dichiarazione, per la trasmissione telematica della dichiarazione può avvalersi di un soggetto a tal fine abilitato, diverso da quello che ha rilasciato il visto d conformità dei dati relativi alla documentazione che attesta la sussistenza dei presupposti che danno diritto alla detrazione del 110%.Sarà cura del contribuente conservare la documentazione riguardante il predetto visto, da esibire in caso di controllo da parte dell’Amministrazione finanziaria.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
