IL PARLAMENTO EUROPEO EMANA LA PRIMA REGOLAMENTAZIONE SULL'INTELLIGENZA ARTIFICIALE BASATA SUI 'LIVELLI DI RISCHIO'


L'uso dell'intelligenza artificiale nell'UE verrà regolamentato dalla legge sull'intelligenza artificiale, la prima norma al mondo sull'intelligenza artificiale. Lo si apprende nel comunicato stampa pubblicato sul sito internet del Parlamento Europeo il 14 giugno scorso. L'UE intende regolamentare l'intelligenza artificiale (IA) al fine di garantire garantire migliori condizioni per lo sviluppo e l'utilizzo di questa tecnologia innovativa, che può portare ad innumerevoli benefici, tra cui una migliore assistenza sanitaria, trasporti più sicuri e puliti, una produzione più efficiente e un'energia più conveniente e sostenibile. Già nell'aprile del 2021 la Commissione europea ha proposto il primo quadro normativo dell'UE sull'IA, che propone che i sistemi di intelligenza artificiale utilizzabili in diverse applicazioni siano analizzati e classificati in base al rischio che rappresentano per gli utenti. I diversi livelli di rischio comporteranno una maggiore o minore regolamentazione. Una volta approvate, queste saranno le prime regole al mondo sull'IA. Gli obiettivi della normativa sull'Intelligenza Artificiale del Parlamento europeo sono: assicurarsi che i sistemi di intelligenza artificiale utilizzati nell'UE siano sicuri, trasparenti, tracciabili, non discriminatori e rispettosi dell'ambiente. I sistemi di intelligenza artificiale dovrebbero essere supervisionati da persone, anziché da automazione, per evitare conseguenze dannose; stabilire una definizione tecnologicamente neutra e uniforme per l'IA che potrebbe essere applicata ai futuri sistemi di intelligenza artificiale. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
