PEGNO MOBILIARE NON POSSESSORIO: AL VIA IL NUOVO SERVIZIO ONLINE


Con Comunicato Stampa del 14 giugno l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha informato dell'attivazione del nuovo servizio online utile a compilare ed inviare le domande di pegno mobiliare non possessorio. Questa nuova forma di garanzia, spiega l'Agenzia, amplia la possibilità di accesso al credito da parte degli imprenditori, che possono dare un bene mobile dell’impresa a garanzia di un credito senza che ciò comporti la perdita del possesso del bene stesso e continuare così a utilizzarlo.Le domande di pegno, contenenti i dati dei soggetti coinvolti, la descrizione dei beni o crediti dati in garanzia e le informazioni relative all’atto costitutivo, potranno essere compilate direttamente online all’interno dell’area riservata del sito www.agenziaentrate.gov.it.  Con Provvedimento del 14 giugno l'Agenzia Entrate ha istituito il codice negozio dedicato, da indicare nella richiesta di registrazione (modello 69) per l'individuazionedegli atti relativi alla costituzione, modificazione o estinzione del pegno mobiliare non possessorio ai fini dell'imposta di registro.Si tratta del codice “5000 - Costituzione, modificazione o estinzione di pegno mobiliare non possessorio”. Nella stessa giornata, con Risoluzione n. 26, l'Agenzia Entrate ha istituito i codici tributo per il versamento, tramite F24, dei diritti dovuti per le operazioni di iscrizione, consultazione, modifica, rinnovo o cancellazione presso il Registro dei pegni non possessori.Li riportiamo di seguito: “1572” denominato “Pegno mobiliare non possessorio - Diritti di certificazione”. “A210” denominato “Pegno mobiliare non possessorio - Diritti di certificazione - somme liquidate dall’ufficio”.   • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
