INVIO TARDIVO DELLA DICHIARAZIONE IVA ENTRO IL 31 LUGLIO 2023


È scaduto il 2 maggio scorso (il 30 aprile cadeva di domenica e il 1° maggio è festivo) il termine, a disposizione dei soggetti passivi obbligati, per la presentazione della dichiarazione annuale IVA relativa al periodo d’imposta 2022. Se l’adempimento non è stato assolto o la dichiarazione trasmessa risulta inesatta, è ancora possibile regolarizzare la posizione usufruendo anche della riduzione delle sanzioni amministrative prevista dal ravvedimento operoso. Tenuto conto che le dichiarazioni presentate entro 90 giorni dalla scadenza del termine sono considerate valide, salva l’applicazione delle sanzioni amministrative per il ritardo, entro il 31 luglio 2023 si può validamente inviare il modello IVA 2023 per il 2022. Nel caso di dichiarazione tardiva è dovuta: – la sanzione prevista per l’omessa dichiarazione in assenza di debito d’imposta, che è pari a 25 euro (1/10 del minimo) per effetto del ravvedimento operoso;– la sanzione per l’eventuale tardivo o carente pagamento del tributo, che è pari al 30% dell’imposta non versata (15% dell’imposta per i versamenti operati entro 90 giorni dalla scadenza e 1/15 per ciascun giorno di ritardo, se quest’ultimo non è superiore a 14 giorni); A partire dal 1° agosto 2023, la dichiarazione annuale IVA per il 2022 non presentata si considera omessa.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
