BUONI SPESA SUPERMERCATO: QUALE INQUADRAMENTO AI FINI IVA?


Con Risposta n. 341 del 5 giugno 2023 l'Agenzia Entrate chiarisce che i buoni spesa emessi da un'impresa della grande distribuzione in favore dei propri socie e clienti, a fronte di una soglia di spesa minima, devono essere decurtati dalla base imponibile ai fini del calcolo dell’Iva.Secondo l'Agenzia i buoni in esame devono intendersi come buoni sconto, la cui finalizzazione è la riduzione del prezzo di acquisto. Dunque, l'utilizzo degli stessi da parte dei clienti beneficiari in sede di acquisto dei beni commercializzati dall'impresa riduce il corrispettivo dovuto per l'ammontare dello sconto. Ai sensi dell'art. 13 del DPR n. 633 del 1972, la base imponibile sarà determinata al netto degli sconti, previsti dal buono, ed applicati direttamente in fattura al cliente.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
