DDL MADE IN ITALY: LE MISURE PER LA TUTELA DEL PATRIMONIO CULTURALE E DEL TURISMO


Lo scorso 31 maggio il Consiglio dei Ministri ha approvato il cosiddetto Ddl "Made in Italy". Uno degli ambiti di intervento del Ddl riguarda le misure di promozione, di valorizzazione e di tutela  patrimonio culturale e del turismo, che saranno attuate attraverso: la possibilità per gli istituti e i luoghi della cultura di registrare il marchio che li caratterizza (l’uso del marchio potrà essere concesso a terzi a titolo oneroso); l’introduzione nell’ordinamento della definizione di “imprese culturali e creative”, per le quali si prevedono un apposito albo e un fondo presso il Ministero; l’introduzione del “Piano nazionale strategico per la promozione e lo sviluppo delle imprese culturali e creative”; il sostegno del settore fieristico in Italia mediante finanziamenti a favore delle imprese del settore; la promozione del sistema “NutrInform Battery” quale sistema di etichettatura nazionale per il corretto utilizzo delle indicazioni nutrizionali dei prodotti alimentari; la “certificazione di qualità a favore della ristorazione italiana” all’estero; l’istituzione del fondo per la protezione nel mondo delle indicazioni geografiche italiane agricole, alimentari, del vino e delle bevande; la valorizzazione della biodiversità, delle pratiche tradizionali e del paesaggio rurale, attraverso il sostegno di programmi di miglioramento genetico mediante l’istituzione di specifici fondi, tra i quali quello per i distretti del prodotto tipico italiano. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
