BONUS INVESTIMENTI NEL MEZZOGIORNO, ZES E ZLS: DOMANDE DALL'8 GIUGNO


L'Agenzia delle Entrate ha pubblicato il provvedimento che approva il nuovo modello per richiedere il bonus per gli investimenti nel Mezzogiorno, nelle Zone economiche speciali (Zes) e nelle Zone logistiche semplificate (Zls) e che ne definisce le modalità e i termini di presentazione. Si tratta del modello di comunicazione che le imprese che investono quest’anno in beni strumentali nuovi, da destinare a strutture produttive del Sud Italia, dovranno utilizzare per la fruizione del credito d’imposta, relativo alle spese del 2023. Il modello approvato,  che il beneficiario o soggetto incaricato dovrà inviare tramite il software “CIM23” a partire dall'8 giugno, è stato aggiornato in seguito alla proroga delle agevolazioni disposta dall’ultima legge di Bilancio. Le imprese interessate dovranno inviare le comunicazioni relative ai soli acquisti di beni strumentali nuovi effettuati a partire dal 1° gennaio di quest’anno. Le imprese che intendono beneficiare dei crediti d’imposta per gli acquisti effettuati entro il 31 dicembre 2022, dovranno invece inviare la comunicazione entro il 31 dicembre 2023 utilizzando il vecchio schema di domanda.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
