DDL MADE IN ITALY: LE MISURE A SOSTEGNO DELLE PRINCIPALI FILIERE DI ECCELLENZA


Nella seduta n. 37 del 31 maggio il Consiglio dei Ministri ha approvato, con procedura d’urgenza, un disegno di legge che introduce disposizioni organiche per la valorizzazione, la promozione e la tutela del Made in Italy (il cosiddetto Ddl "Made in Italy") con lo scopo di sostenere lo sviluppo delle produzioni nazionali d’eccellenza e promuovere la tutela e la conoscenza delle bellezze naturali, del patrimonio culturale e delle radici culturali nazionali, in Italia e all’estero, alla valorizzazione dei mestieri e al sostegno dei giovani.Le misure di promozione ed incentivazione, si legge nel Comunicato Stampa del Governo, dovranno essere coerenti: con il principio di sostenibilità ambientale della produzione; con la transizione dei processi produttivi verso la digitalizzazione nella salvaguardia delle peculiarità artigianali; con l’inclusione sociale e la valorizzazione del lavoro femminile e giovanile; con il principio di non discriminazione tra le imprese. Sono 5 gli ambiti di intervento del Ddl: Filiere strategiche nazionali Istruzione e formazione Giornata nazionale del Made in Italy Misure di promozione Tutela dei prodotti Nell'ambito delle filiere strategiche nazionali, si prevedono misure a favore delle imprese, tra cui l'istituzione del "Fondo nazionale per il Made in Italy", con una dotazione iniziale di 1 miliardo di euro.Previsto inoltre il rifinanziamento o la rimodulazione d’incentivi specifici, tra cui: il rifinanziamento a decorrere dal 2024 del c.d. “Voucher 3i” per l’acquisto di servizi di consulenza per la brevettazione; misure di sostegno per l’imprenditoria femminile; misure a favore delle filiere legno-arredo, fibre tessili naturali, ceramica, nautica da diporto; disposizioni in materia di pubblico approvvigionamento di forniture di qualità; informazione del consumatore sulle fasi di produzione della pasta.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
