TAX CREDIT RIQUALIFICAZIONE: INVIO DELLE DOMANE DAL 26 FEBBRAIO


Sul sito internet del Ministero dei Beni e delle attività culturali e del turismo - Direzione Generale Turismo, è stato pubblicato un avviso pubblico con cui vengono fornite indicazioni su come procedere per poter accedere al "Tax Credit Riqualificazione", ossia il credito d'imposta per gli interventi di riqualificazione e miglioramento delle strutture ricettive turistico-alberghiere. L'istanza va presentata esclusivamente online insieme all'attestazione di effettività delle spese sostenute, attraverso il Portale dei Procedimenti. I legali rappresentanti delle imprese non ancora iscritte dovranno prima registrarsi sul Portale. La compilazione della domanda dovrà deve essere effettuata esclusivamente dalle ore 10:00 del 25 Gennaio alle ore 16:00 del 19 febbraio 2018 e inviata esclusivamente dalle ore 10:00 del 26 Febbraio - alle ore 16:00 del 27 Febbraio 2018. Il MiBACT mette a disposizione due indirizzo email: taxcreditriqualificazione@beniculturali.it, da utilizzare in caso di problemi attinenti al procedimento è attiva la mail; procedimenti@beniculturali.it, da utilizzare in caso di problemi riguardanti aspetti tecnici o informatici. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
