ENTRO IL 18 MARZO 2024 LA CERTIFICAZIONE DEGLI UTILI E PROVENTI EQUIPARATI (CUPE)


La Certificazione degli utili e dei proventi equiparati (Cupe) deve essere rilasciata, entro il 18 marzo 2024 (il 16 marzo cade di sabato), ai soggetti residenti nel territorio dello Stato percettori di utili derivanti dalla partecipazione a soggetti passivi dell’imposta sul reddito delle società (Ires), residenti e non residenti, corrisposti nell’anno di imposta precedente. La Cupe viene rilasciata da società ed enti emittenti, come ad esempio trust, società di capitali, ecc., casse incaricate del pagamento degli utili o di altri proventi equiparati, intermediari aderenti al sistema di deposito accentrato gestito dalla Monte Titoli Spa, rappresentanti fiscali in Italia degli intermediari non residenti aderenti al sistema Monte Titoli Spa e degli intermediari non residenti che aderiscono a sistemi esteri di deposito accentrato aderenti sempre al sistema Monte Titoli Spa, società fiduciarie, con esclusivo riferimento agli effettivi proprietari delle azioni o titoli ad esse intestate, sulle quali siano riscossi utili o altri proventi equiparati, imprese di investimento e agenti di cambio ed ogni altro sostituto d’imposta che interviene nella riscossione di utili o proventi equiparati derivanti da azioni o titoli. La certificazione deve essere, inoltre, rilasciata per i proventi derivanti da titoli e strumenti finanziari assimilati alle azioni, contratti di associazione in partecipazione (partecipazione agli utili in cambio di capitale e/o lavoro), contratti di cointeressenza (si intende per contratto di cointeressenza propria apporto di capitale e/o lavoro con partecipazione agli utili ma non alle perdite; per contratto di cointeressenza impropria si intende, invece, la partecipazioni agli utili e alle perdite senza apporto di lavoro o capitale). La certificazione non va rilasciata, invece, in relazione agli utili e agli altri proventi assoggettati a ritenuta a titolo d’imposta o ad imposta sostitutiva.

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
