DICHIARAZIONE SOSTITUTIVA UNICA (DSU): MODIFICA DEL PERIODO DI VALIDITà


Il decreto legge 28 gennaio 2019, n. 4 ha modificato la disposizione prevista dall'articolo 10 del Decreto legislativo 147 del 2017, ed ha prorogato al 31 dicembre 2019 il periodo di validità delle sole DSU presentate dal 1° gennaio 2019 al 31 agosto 2019. Di conseguenza, per le DSU presentate nel 2019, si applicano queste regole: le Dichiarazioni Sostitutive Uniche (DSU) presentate dal 1° gennaio al 31 agosto 2019 sono valide dal momento della presentazione sino al 31 dicembre 2019 (una DSU presentata il 10 febbraio 2019, ad esempio, è valida dal 10 febbraio 2019 al 31 dicembre 2019). L'Inps precisa inoltre che le DSU già attestate che recavano data scadenza 31 agosto 2019 sono state aggiornate sul portale con la nuova data di scadenza. Pertanto, le attestazioni ISEE, già rilasciate, con data scadenza del 31 agosto 2019 devono essere considerate valide e con scadenza 31 dicembre 2019; le Dichiarazioni Sostitutive Uniche (DSU) presentate dal 1° settembre 2019 sono valide dal momento della presentazione al successivo 31 agosto (una DSU presentata il 1° ottobre 2019, ad esempio, è valida dal 1° ottobre 2019 sino al 31 agosto 2020). The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
