Definite le regole per i contributi per le aziende della ristorazione


È stato pubblicato in Gazzetta Ufficiale il decreto 27 ottobre 2020, con il quale sono state stabilite le modalità di funzionamento del Fondo per la filiera della ristorazione, finalizzato all'erogazione di contributi a fondo perduto a beneficio degli esercizi di ristorazione, nonché i criteri e la procedura per la concessione dell'aiuto disciplinate dal Decreto Agosto. Il "decreto di Agosto" (D.L. 14 agosto 2020, n. 104) prevede contributi a fondo perduto per tutte le imprese in attività alla data del 15 agosto 2020, con il seguente codice ATECO prevalente: 56.10.11 56.29.10 56.29.20 56.10.12 56.21.00 55.10.00 (limitatamente alle attività autorizzate alla somministrazione di cibo), per l'acquisto di prodotti di filiere agricole e alimentari da materia prima integralmente italiana, compresi quelli vitivinicoli. Il contributo spetta per l'acquisto, effettuato dal 15 agosto 2020 e comprovato da idonea documentazione fiscale, di prodotti di filiere agricole e alimentari, inclusi quelli della pesca e dell'acquacoltura e quelli vitivinicoli, anche DOP e IGP. Sono incentivati gli acquisti, oltre che dei prodotti DOP e IGP: dei prodotti da vendita diretta ai sensi dell'art. 4 del D.Lgs. 18 maggio 2001, n. 228; di prodotti ottenuti dalla filiera nazionale integrale dalla materia prima al prodotto finito; di prodotti ad alto rischio di spreco, individuati nell'elenco allegato al decreto in esame. Tali acquisti sono considerati prioritari ai fini della determinazione dell'importo del contributo. La norma prescrive inoltre che: l'azienda debba acquistare almeno 3 differenti tipologie di prodotti agricoli e alimentari; il prodotto principale non possa superare il 50% della spesa totale sostenuta e documentata; il contributo non possa mai essere superiore all'ammontare complessivo degli acquisti effettuati; a sua volta, l'ammontare degli acquisti non possa essere inferiore ai 1.000 euro, né superiore a 10.000 euro (importi al netto di Iva). Il contributo spetta a condizione che l'ammontare del fatturato e dei corrispettivi medi dei mesi da marzo a giugno 2020 sia inferiore ai ¾ dell'ammontare del fatturato e dei corrispettivi medi dei mesi da marzo a giugno 2019. Per poter accedere al contributo occorre registrarsi all'interno di una piattaforma ("portale della ristorazione"), messa a disposizione del concessionario (Poste Italiane Spa), oppure recarsi presso gli sportelli del concessionario stesso, inserendo o presentando la richiesta di accesso al beneficio e fornendo i dati richiesti, tra cui: la copia del versamento dell'importo di adesione all'iniziativa di sostegno, effettuato tramite bollettino di pagamento (fisico o digitale); i documenti fiscali (fatture e documenti di trasporto) che certificano l'effettivo acquisto e la consegna dei prodotti.

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
