CORREZIONE DATI CATASTALI: ONLINE TRAMITE "CONTACT CENTER" O PRESSO GLI UFFICI PROVINCIALI-TERRITORIO


L'Agenzia delle Entrate, tramite la propria rivista telematica "FiscoOggi", informa i contribuenti che, in caso riscontrassero degli errori nei dati catastali relativi ai propri immobili (ad esempio informazioni anagrafiche, indirizzi, codici fiscali, richieste di regolarizzazione, numero dei vani ecc.), possono segnalare l'irregolarità alla stessa Agenzia al fine di chiederne la correzione. Due, in particolare, sono le modalità tramite cui presentare la domanda di aggiornamento dei dati: il servizio online "Contact center" disponibile sul sito dell'Agenzia delle Entrate; presso gli uffici provinciali-Territorio. Il primo permette esclusivamente la correzione degli errori presenti nelle banche dati catastali e può essere utilizzato solo per alcune tipologie di errori e segnalazioni, che sono: errore sull'intestatario dell'immobile; errore sui dati dell'immobile; segnalazione di incoerenza per fabbricato "mai dichiarato"; segnalazione di incoerenza per fabbricato rurale; altre variazioni sull'immobile. Le richieste che non possono essere evase con il servizio online richiedono invece all'utente di rivolgersi al competente ufficio provinciale-Territorio, dove la richiesta deve essere redatta attraverso l'utilizzo del "Modello unico di istanza" cartaceo. Si tratta, ad esempio, di: reclami per disservizi nell'operato degli uffici; solleciti per la trattazione di atti di aggiornamento presentati e non ancora evasi; istanze di revisione della rendita catastale; richieste di assistenza nell'utilizzo delle procedure informatiche di redazione degli atti; richieste di informazioni sullo stato di avanzamento delle pratiche (con esclusione di quelle pervenute allo stesso "Contact center"); richieste di informazione generiche su procedimenti, indirizzi, ecc. In tutti e due i casi al contribuente vengono richiesti, oltre alle proprie generalità: i dati catastali dell'immobile; la situazione riscontrata; il dettaglio dei motivi della modifica; e tutte le notizie utili alla rettifica. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
