CONTRIBUTO A FONDO PERDUTO DL "SOSTEGNI": PRONTO IL MODELLO PER LA RICHIESTA


Con Comunicato Stampa del 23 marzo l'Agenzia delle Entrate informa della pubblicazione del modello e delle relative istruzioni per richiedere il nuovo contributo a fondo perduto previsto dal DL Sostegni a favore delle imprese e delle partite Iva colpite dalle conseguenze economiche dell'emergenza epidemiologica Covid-19. Le regole per richiedere e ottenere il contributo sono contenute nel Provvedimento firmato dal Direttore dell'Agenzia delle Entrate del 23 marzo, che definisce anche la finestra temporale di presentazione delle istanze.   COME RICHIEDERE IL CONTRIBUTO Per richiedere il nuovo bonus bisogna compilare online l'apposito modulo, che dovrà essere presentato a partire dal 30 marzo 2021 e non oltre il 28 maggio 2021, sempre via web. Per ottenerlo è necessario aver conseguito nel 2019 ricavi o compensi non superiori a 10 milioni di euro e che l'ammontare medio mensile del fatturato e dei corrispettivi dell'anno 2020 sia inferiore almeno del 30% dell'ammontare medio mensile del fatturato e dei corrispettivi del 2019.  Il contributo spetta anche in assenza del requisito del calo di fatturato/corrispettivi per i soggetti che hanno attivato la partita Iva a partire dal 1° gennaio 2019, sempre che rispettino il presupposto del limite di ricavi o compensi di 10 milioni di euro.   PREDISPOSIZIONE E TRASMISSIONE DELLE ISTANZE Sono due le modalità per la compilazione e trasmissione telematica dell'istanza: un software di compilazione, predisposto sulla base delle specifiche tecniche approvate con il provvedimento del direttore dell'Agenzia delle entrate del 23 marzo 2021; il file contenente l'istanza deve essere inviato mediante il canale telematico Entratel /Fisconline attraverso cui sono trasmesse le dichiarazioni dei redditi. tramite questo canale, è possibile inviare anche più istanze con un'unica trasmissione. un'apposita procedura web messa a disposizione dall'Agenzia delle entrate all'interno del portale "Fatture e Corrispettivi", nella sezione "Contributo a fondo perduto". Attraverso tale procedura è possibile predisporre e trasmettere un'istanza alla volta.   COME SI CALCOLA L'ammontare del contributo è determinato applicando una percentuale alla differenza tra l'ammontare medio mensile del fatturato e dei corrispettivi 2020 e l'ammontare medio mensile del fatturato e dei corrispettivi 2019 secondo questo schema riassuntivo: 60% se i ricavi e i compensi dell'anno 2019 non superano la soglia di 100mila euro; 50% se i ricavi e i compensi dell'anno 2019 superano la soglia di 100mila euro fino a 400mila; 40% se i ricavi e i compensi dell'anno 2019 superano la soglia di 400mila euro fino a 1 milione; 30% se i ricavi e i compensi dell'anno 2019 superano la soglia di 1milione di euro fino a 5 milioni; 20% se i ricavi e i compensi dell'anno 2019 superano la soglia di 5 milioni di euro fino a 10 milioni. In ogni caso, tale importo non potrà essere inferiore a 1.000 euro per le persone fisiche e a 2.000 euro per gli altri soggetti e non potrà essere superiore a 150mila euro.
