COMPENSAZIONE CREDITI INPS E INAIL: DAL 1° LUGLIO SOLO ATTRAVERSO I SERVIZI TELEMATICI DELL'AGENZIA ENTRATE


Tra le misure previste alla Legge di bilancio 2024 in favore di lavoratori, imprese e famiglie anche la compensazione telematica dei crediti Inps e Inail. A partire dal 1° luglio 2024, i crediti maturati a titolo di contributi e premi nei confronti di INPS e INAIL potranno essere compensati esclusivamente tramite i servizi telematici messi a disposizione dall’Agenzia delle Entrate, secondo modalità tecniche definite con provvedimento del direttore della stessa Agenzia.Dal 1° luglio, dunque, non sarà più possibile utilizzare l’homebanking per versamenti, a mezzo F24, che contengano la compensazione dei crediti Inps e Inail.Inoltre, i crediti Inps maturati dai lavoratori autonomi potranno essere compensati solo 10 giorni dopo la presentazione della dichiarazione dei redditi da cui il credito emerge e, sempre dal 1° luglio, scatterà il divieto della “compensazione orizzontale” per chi ha imposte erariali iscritte a ruolo o accertamenti per importi superiori a 100mila euro.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
