COME RICHIEDERE IL CODICE FISCALE: ISTRUZIONI PER CITTADINI, ENTI E ORGANIZZAZIONI


L'Agenzia delle Entrate ha pubblicato due nuove brochure con tutte le informazioni utili sul codice fiscale per cittadini e organizzazioni: a cosa serve, come richiederlo, come correggere eventuali errori o comunicare una variazione dei dati. Come si richiedeIl codice fiscale per cittadini può essere richiesto all’Agenzia delle entrate utilizzando il modello AA4/8. Il modello e le istruzioni per la compilazione sono disponibili sul sito dell’Agenzia delle entrate.Il modello può essere presentato: a un ufficio dell’Agenzia delle entrate, di persona o tramite un delegato, prenotando un appuntamento. Il servizio di prenotazione è disponibile nella sezione “Contatti e assistenza” del sito dell’Agenzia. Gli indirizzi degli uffici sono reperibili nella sezione “I nostri uffici”; tramite PEC a un ufficio dell’Agenzia. Se il modulo è firmato digitalmente, non è necessario allegare la copia del documento di identità. Gli indirizzi PEC degli uffici sono disponibili nella sezione “L’Agenzia/Uffici e Pec”; tramite il servizio telematico “Consegna documenti e istanze”, presente nell’area riservata del sito dell’Agenzia e alla quale si accede con le credenziali SPID (Sistema Pubblico d’Identità Digitale), con la CNS (Carta Nazionale dei Servizi) o con la CIE (Carta d’Identità Elettronica). Il codice fiscale per enti e organizzazioni che non svolgono attività commerciali rilevanti ai fini dell’Iva può essere richiesto all’Agenzia delle entrate utilizzando il modello AA5/6 (“domanda di attribuzione codice fiscale, comunicazione variazione dati, avvenuta fusione, concentrazione, trasformazione ed estinzione”). Il modello e le istruzioni per la compilazione sono disponibili sul sito internet dell’Agenzia.Il modello può essere presentato: di persona, a un uffcio dell’Agenzia delle entrate, a prescindere dal domicilio fiscale del richiedente. In questo caso il modello va presentato in duplice copia dal rappresentante legale dell’ente o tramite un delegato; per posta raccomandata, allegando la copia di un documento di identificazione del rappresentante legale dell’ente; la raccomandata può essere inviata a un qualsiasi uffcio dell’Agenzia, a prescindere dal domicilio fiscale del richiedente. Il modello si considera presentato nel giorno in cui risulta spedito; tramite PEC, allegando la copia di un documento di identità del rappresentante legale, da inviare a uno qualsiasi degli uffici dell’Agenzia, a prescindere dal domicilio fiscale del richiedente. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
