CANCELLATE DAL REGISTRO IMPRESE 24.557 SOCIETà COOPERATIVE NON PIù ATTIVE


Lo ha segnalato il Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy, con nota del 19 marzo scorso.A stabilirlo il Decreto Direttoriale dello stesso Ministero dell'8 marzo, che a breve sarà pubblicato in Gazzetta Ufficiale. In particolare, con l'obiettivo di rappresentare fedelmente la realtà imprenditoriale operante sul tutto il territorio nazionale, saranno 24.557 le società cooperative che verranno cancellate dal pubblico Registro delle Imprese, dopo aver verificato il mancato deposito dei bilanci di esercizio da oltre cinque anni e l'assenza di valori patrimoniali immobiliari. “Il provvedimento, che per numero di enti coinvolti risulta il primo mai emanato, rappresenta un passo importante per una maggiore efficacia ed efficienza nell'aggiornamento del Registro delle Imprese e dell'Albo nazionale delle società cooperative. Si tutela, così, un settore che svolge un ruolo significativo e fondamentale nel nostro sistema produttivo", ha affermato il Ministro delle Imprese e del Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
