BONUS PUBBLICITà 2024: LA COMUNICAZIONE PER L'ACCESSO AL CREDITO D'IMPOSTA ENTRO IL 2 APRILE


Con provvedimento direttoriale dello scorso 15 febbraio il Dipartimento per l’Informazione e l’Editoria della Presidenza del Consiglio dei ministri ha disposto la proroga, al 2 aprile, del termine per la presentazione della comunicazione di accesso al credito d’imposta riconosciuto per le campagne pubblicitarie 2024 realizzate su quotidiani e periodici anche online. Il termine previsto del 31 marzo, infatti, coincide con la domenica di Pasqua e il 1° aprile è un giorno festivo. Il ricorso alla proroga si è reso necessario al fine di favorire la più ampia partecipazione dei soggetti interessati alla presentazione della domanda. Il c.d. Bonus pubblicità è disciplinato dall’articolo 57-bis del Dl n. 50/2017 e dopo le deroghe previste nel periodo di emergenza Covid-19 per aiutare le categorie interessate, dal 2023 è concesso a regime, secondo il ridimensionato della misura disposto dal decreto “Energia” del 2022 (articolo 25-bis Dl n. 17/2022), che ha lasciato fuori gli investimenti su tv e radio analogiche o digitali.L’agevolazione torna, quindi, ad essere subordinata al valore incrementale non inferiore all’1% degli investimenti agevolabili, di analoga tipologia, effettuati nell’anno precedente. Il contributo riconosciuto è pari al 75% del valore incrementale della spesa ed è concesso fino all’esaurimento delle risorse disponibili e nei limiti dei regolamenti dell’Unione europea in materia di aiuti de minimis.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
