BILANCI DI LIQUIDAZIONE: IN CONSULTAZIONE LA BOZZA DEL PRINCIPIO CONTABILE OIC 5


L'Organismo Italiano di Contabilità ha pubblicato in consultazione la bozza dell’OIC 5, lo standard nazionale che disciplina la scrittura dei conti in una società posta in liquidazione.L'OIC 5, che è stato profondamente innovato, ha lo scopo di disciplinare i criteri di redazione dei bilanci di liquidazione volontaria predisposti ai sensi dell’articolo 2490 del codice civile. Gli aggiornamenti apportati nascono dalle criticità riscontrate dagli operatori nell’applicazione delle disposizioni attualmente in vigore. Le modifiche, si legge nel Comunicato Stampa del 9 aprile, hanno preso atto dell’esperienza maturata in questi anni nella gestione delle liquidazioni societarie ed introducono un cambio di paradigma nello standard contabile.La nuova versione dell’OIC 5 è quindi orientata a considerare gli elementi maggiormente critici dell’attuale principio contabile, in una logica più prudenziale e di maggiore applicabilità operativa.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
