APPROVATI 175 MODELLI ISA


Con Provvedimento del 28 febbraio l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha approvato i modelli (unitamente alle relative istruzioni) con cui i contribuenti comunicano all’Agenzia delle entrate, in sede di dichiarazione dei redditi, i dati rilevanti ai fini dell’applicazione degli indici sintetici di affidabilità fiscale (modelli ISA), da utilizzare per la dichiarazione dei redditi relativa al periodo di imposta 2023.Approvate anche, con separato provvedimento, le specifiche tecniche e dei controlli per la trasmissione telematica dei modelli.  Soggetti tenuti alla presentazione dei modelli ISAI modelli devono essere presentati dai contribuenti che nel periodo d’imposta 2023 hanno esercitato, in via prevalente, una delle attività economiche del settore dell’agricoltura, delle manifatture, dei servizi, delle attività professionali e del commercio per le quali risultano approvati gli indici sintetici di affidabilità fiscale, indicati nella Tabella 1 allegata alle “Istruzioni parte generale”, e che sono tenuti all’applicazione degli stessi.Devono essere presentati anche dai contribuenti che, anche se esclusi dall’applicazione degli indici, sono comunque tenuti alla presentazione dei modelli, in quanto: esercitano due o più attività di impresa, non rientranti nel medesimo indice sintetico di affidabilità fiscale, qualora l’importo dei ricavi dichiarati relativi alle attività non rientranti tra quelle prese in considerazione dall’indice sintetico di affidabilità fiscale, relativo all’attività prevalente, superi il 30R dell’ammontare totale dei ricavi dichiarati; svolgono attività d’impresa, arte o professione e partecipano a un gruppo IVA (Titolo V-bis del DPR n. 633/1972). The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
