AL VIA LA PROCEDURA PER L?"UTILIZZO DEI CREDITI D?"IMPOSTA 4.0


Il Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy ha emanato il decreto direttoriale riguardante la compensazione dei crediti di imposta per gli investimenti del piano Transizione 4.0, che definisce il contenuto e le modalità di invio dei modelli di comunicazione di dati e informazioni che le imprese devono fornire. Ricordiamo che, ai sensi dell’art. 6 del DL 39/2024 e del DM 24 aprile 2024: per gli investimenti realizzati dal 30 marzo 2024, occorre presentare la comunicazione preventiva (con l’importo complessivo degli investimenti che si intendono effettuare e la ripartizione del credito per la fruizione), aggiornando la comunicazione ex post al completamento degli investimenti; per gli investimenti realizzati dal 1° gennaio 2023 (1° gennaio 2024 per il credito R&S) al 29 marzo 2024, occorre presentare soltanto la comunicazione ex post. La trasmissione dei modelli di comunicazione costituisce presupposto per la fruizione dei crediti d’imposta per investimenti in beni strumentali nuovi, di cui all’art. 1, commi da 1057-bis a 1058-ter, della Legge n. 178/2020. La nuova procedura prevede due diversi modelli di comunicazione dei dati e delle altre informazioni per l’applicazione dei crediti di imposta riguardanti: gli investimenti in beni strumentali nuovi funzionali alla trasformazione tecnologica e digitale delle imprese;  (Modulo 1) gli investimenti in attività di ricerca e sviluppo, innovazione tecnologica, design e ideazione estetica. (Modulo 2)   I modelli di comunicazione sono disponibili in formato editabile sul sito istituzionale del Gestore dei servizi energetici (GSE) a partire dal giorno 29 aprile 2024. Una volta scaricato il file pdf, sarà necessario aprirlo con Acrobat Reader autorizzando, se richiesta, l’esecuzione del Javascript. Tramite questa applicazione, il file pdf può essere compilato in tutte le sue parti. Ciascun file pdf deve essere firmato digitalmente con un certificato di firma elettronica qualificata in corso di validità rilasciato da una Certification Authority (cfr sito AGID https://www.agid.gov.it/piattaforme/firma-elettronica-qualificata/certificati). Ogni comunicazione deve essere trasmessa singolarmente tramite pec all”indirizzo di posta transizione4@pec.gse.it. L’oggetto delle comunicazioni trasmesse via PEC dovrà essere il seguente: nel caso di comunicazione preventiva: “Comunicazionepreventiva_Codice fiscale oppure partita IVA dell’impresa”; nel caso di comunicazione di completamento: “Comunicazionedicompletamento_Codice fiscale oppure partita IVA dell’impresa”. Il file pdf non deve in nessun caso essere stampato e firmato con firma olografa: i pdf da allegare alla PEC non devono quindi essere salvati come immagini o originati dalla scansione di pagine ma solo dal salvataggio del file pdf debitamente compilato.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
