AGENZIA ENTRATE: DAL 15 SETTEMBRE CAMBIANO LE MODALITà DI ACCESSO AGLI UFFICI


Dal 15 settembre le modalità di accesso agli uffici dell'Agenzia delle entrate sono cambiate: il canale online rimane sempre quello privilegiato mentre sarà necessario prendere un appuntamento per le pratiche che non possono essere risolte via web. Questo sistema, precisa l'Agenzia, andrà gradualmente a sostituire quello tradizionale, con l'obiettivo di migliorare la qualità dei servizi, evitando inoltre code e assembramenti. Gli appuntamenti possono essere presi a tutte le ore del giorno, tramite tre canali: dal sito internet dell'Agenzia. Si può prenotare un ticket (sezione "Contatti e Assistenza" -"Assistenza fiscale" - "Elimina code online" tramite il servizio "web ticket") che sarà utilizzabile nell'arco dello stesso giorno. Per prenotare presso l'ufficio desiderato è sufficiente cliccare su "prenota il ticket". con l'app mobile "AgenziaEntrate" tramite la quale si può accedere a servizi come il cassetto fiscale o la dichiarazione precompilata, o è possibile stabilire un collegamento con il call center dell'Agenzia tramite il numero dedicato mobile. con il telefono. I contribuenti, compresi i professionisti firmatari dei protocolli di intesa con l'Agenzia, possono utilizzare l'agenda Cup (Centro unico di prenotazione) per programmare appuntamenti dedicati. Basta chiamare il numero verde 800.90.96.96 oppure, da telefono cellulare, lo 0696668907, scegliendo l'opzione 3. I numeri sono attivi 24 ore su 24 e consentono di scegliere il servizio e l'ufficio presso il quale recarsi, oltre al giorno e all'ora desiderati. Tramite Cup vengono gestite anche le richiamate. Relativamente ai servizi di assistenza "agili", ossia quelli che non necessitano di recarsi presso un ufficio, è sufficiente inviare una richiesta via e-mail o Pec, allegando la documentazione necessaria. In questo modo è possibile richiedere (e ricevere) il rilascio di un certificato, il codice fiscale/tessera sanitaria, un rimborso o la registrazione di un contratto. Ci sono poi i canali telematici del portale dell'Agenzia Entrate, dove sono presenti molti servizi gratuiti, per i quali non è necessaria alcuna registrazione. Per altri occorre, invece, essere in possesso del codice Pin, che può essere richiesto online o attraverso l'app delle Entrate. Si accede ai servizi online sia con le credenziali dell'Agenzia che tramite Spid o tramite la Carta nazionale dei servizi. L'Agenzia mette a disposizione dei contribuenti anche l'assistenza telefonica: dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9 alle 17 e il sabato dalle 9 alle 13, è possibile contattare gli operatori ai seguenti numeri: numero verde gratuito 800.90.96.96 (da telefono fisso); 0696668907 (da cellulare), con costo della chiamata variabile in base al piano tariffario applicato dal proprio gestore; 0039.06.96668933, per chiamate dall'estero (il costo è a carico del chiamante). E' inoltre possibile: prenotare una richiamata al fine di essere ricontattati dall'Agenzia nella giornata e nella fascia oraria scelta; inviare un Sms al numero 339.9942645 per richiedere semplici informazioni fiscali.
