ACCOLLO DEBITO D'IMPOSTA ALTRUI: PAGAMENTO ESCLUSIVAMENTE CON F24


Con Provvedimento del 24 settembre 2021 l'Agenzia delle Entrate fornisce chiarimenti in merito alle modalità di esecuzione dell'accollo del debito d'imposta altrui, ai sensi dell'articolo 1, comma 5, del collegato fiscale alla Legge di bilancio 2020 (Dl n. 124/2019). In particolare, il pagamento del suddetto debito deve essere effettuato con modello F24, da presentare esclusivamente attraverso i servizi telematici dell'Agenzia, pena il rifiuto della delega di pagamento. La delega è parimenti rifiutata anche nel caso in cui, per il pagamento, si utilizzino in compensazione crediti dell'accollante. Nel Provvedimento vendono inoltre individuate le ipotesi in cui le deleghe di pagamento si considerano scartate, viene chiarito il regime sanzionatorio applicabile alle violazioni delle modalità di esecuzione dell'accollo del debito altrui e viene infine indicato il procedimento per la riscossione degli importi dovuti.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
