A marzo 2020 dimezzate le nuove partite Iva rispetto al 2019, nel primo trimestre la flessione è del 19,7%


Nel primo trimestre 2020 il numero di nuove partite Iva si è ridotto del 19,7% rispetto al 2019. Questo il dato che emerge dall'ultimo comunicato dell'Osservatorio sulle partite IVA del Ministero dell'Economia e delle finanze. Nei primi tre mesi del 2020 infatti si contano 158.740 nuove attività, quasi un quinto in meno rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2019. Nei primi due mesi, rileva il Mef, risulta una contrazione dell'8% dovuta "principalmente alla diminuzione di avviamenti in regime forfetario rispetto al notevole aumento riscontrato nei primi mesi del 2019 grazie all'innalzamento del limite di ricavi a 65.000 euro". Poi a marzo è intervenuta l'emergenza sanitaria. In particolare il diffondersi del contagio e le stringenti misure di contenimento avrebbero portato ad un calo di aperture pari al 50%. Tre quarti delle nuove aperture di partita Iva è da imputare alle persone fisiche (76,1%), seguite dalle società di capitali (18,6%) e dalle società di persone (3,6%). Nel mese di marzo tutte le forme giuridiche registrano un crollo compreso tra il 50 e il 57%, mentre nei primi due mesi del 2020 sono state le società di persone fisiche ad accusare maggiormente il colpo (-9,7%), proprio la categoria che, scrive il Mef, "L'anno scorso hanno subito un forte aumento a causa delle massicce adesioni al regime forfetario". Guardando alla distribuzione geografica delle nuove Partite Iva risulta che il 42,5% delle aperture del primo trimestre sia localizzata al Nord, il 21,5% al Centro e il 33% al Sud e nelle Isole. Le regioni che hanno subito il maggiore crollo percentuale appartengono a zone eterogenee del Paese. In testa alla classifica il Lazio, con il 22,95% di aperture rispetto al 2019, seguito dalla Calabria (-22,57%), dalla Basilicata (-21,54%), dalla Liguria (-21,38%) e dall'Emilia Romagna (-21,32%). La Lombardia, segnala il Mef, a marzo ha accusato una flessione del 55,2%. Eterogeneità anche per quanto riguarda la classificazione provinciale. Alessandria risulta essere la più colpita, con -32,65%, seguita da Lodi (-31,46%), Crotone (-28,26%), Brindisi (-28,24%), Rieti (-27,41%), Vercelli (-26,50%), Prato (-26,25%), Messina (-26,11%), Reggio Emilia (-25,29%) e Fermo (-25,08%). Le province che invece hanno registrato una riduzione più contenuta sono Trieste (-2,94%), L'Aquila (-6,65%) e Cuneo (-7,72%). Le attività professionali sono il settore produttivo che ha registrato il maggior numero di partite Iva (19,7% del totale), seguito dal commercio (17,1%) e dalle costruzioni (9,7%). Il settore dell'intrattenimento resta quello maggiormente colpito a causa delle stringenti misure atte a contenere il contagio: -24,9% nelle aperture del trimestre, -63,9% nel mese di marzo. Per quanto riguarda la distribuzione anagrafica delle nuove partite Iva di persone fisiche quasi la metà è stata avviata da giovani fino ai 35 anni (47,6%), seguiti dalla fascia 36-50 anni (31,7%). Gli over 65 anni hanno registrato la riduzione più consistente (-31,90%), seguiti dalla fascia 51-65 (-23,95%), 36-50 (-22,06%) e under 35 (-17,39%). Sempre per la stessa forma giuridica il 61,1% delle nuove aperture è da imputare ai maschi, la restante parte alle femmine. Il 51,5% del totale delle nuove aperture ha aderito al regime forfetario (81.779 unità), con una diminuzione del 21,7% rispetto al primo trimestre 2019.
