Rottamazione cartelle esattoriali, nuova finestra fino al 31 Luglio


La conversione in legge del decreto crescita (1) ha riaperto per un mese i termini di presentazione delle domande di rottamazione delle cartelle esattoriali, per la cosiddetta "rottamazione-ter". Lo stesso decreto ammette alla rottamazione "ter" anche le domande presentate dopo la scadenza del 30/4/2019, che non dovranno essere ripresentate. Si ricorda che la rottamazione riguarda le cartelle del periodo 2000-2017 e consente di pagare le stesse parzialmente, senza sanzioni ed interessi di mora. Si ricorda anche che a seguito della presentazione della domanda sarà l'Agenzia delle entrate a comunicare al debitore le somme dovute e quando e come pagarle, entro il 31/10/2019. Per le nuove domande il pagamento può avvenire: - in un'unica soluzione entro il 30/11/2019; - in diciassette rate consecutive, la prima al 30/11/2019 e le restanti scadenti al 28/2, 31/5, 31/7 e 30/11 di ciascun anno a decorrere dal 2020.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
