NIENTE IMPOSTA BOLLO PER LE ISTANZE DI RICOGNIZIONE EVENTI CALAMITOSI


Con la Risposta n. 187 del 1 febbraio 2023 l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha chiarito che le istanze relative alla ricognizione dei danni subiti a causa dal maltempo e relative al riconoscimento dei contributi previsti per favorire la ripresa immediata delle attività economiche e a sostegno della popolazione, presentate in conseguenza degli eccezionali eventi meteorologici (nel caso specifico dell'Interpello i territori delle Province di Ancona e Pesaro Urbino colpite dal maltempo il 15 settembre 2022), sono esenti dall'imposta di bollo. Questo, stante la sussistenza della dichiarazione dello stato di emergenza avvenuto con apposita ordinanza da parte delle autorità competenti, che rende quindi applicabile la semplificazione introdotta dal decreto Aiuti-quater per favorire il riconoscimento tempestivo dei sostegni economici a favore dei soggetti colpiti da calamità o eventi eccezionali.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
