RINNOVO DEGLI ORDINI LOCALI DEI COMMERCIALISTI: SLITTA ANCORA IL VOTO. NUOVE ELEZIONI IL 21 E 22 FEBBRAIO


Con un'informativa datata 13 gennaio 2022 i Commissari straordinari del CNDCEC, Rosario Giorgio Costa, Paolo Giuliano e Maria Rachele Vigani, dopo lo stop del Tar del Lazio alle elezioni previste per il 20 e 21 gennaio e in conformità ed in esecuzione di una nota ricevuta dal Ministero della Giustizia, hanno deliberato lo slittamento della data di convocazione dell’assemblea elettorale per il rinnovo dei Consigli degli Ordini territoriali, dei Collegi dei Revisori/Revisore unico e per l’elezione dei Comitati pari opportunità al 21 e 22 febbraio 2022. Invitano inoltre  tutti gli Ordini territoriali che abbiano optato per il voto in presenza a revocare in autotutela tale determinazione, disponendo che l’espletamento delle operazioni elettorali del 21 e 22 febbraio 2022 si svolgano in modalità telematica; tutti gli Ordini territoriali che abbiano previsto il voto per corrispondenza a dichiarare inefficaci i voti già espressi, in quanto modalità incompatibile con il voto telematico, e, al contempo, inserire negli elenchi degli aventi diritto al voto anche coloro che abbiano già espresso il voto per corrispondenza. A seguito del differimento il CNDCEC, con successiva informativa del 14 gennaio, informa di aver trasmesso agli Ordini locali: – il fac-simile di avviso di ripresa delle operazioni elettorali per le elezioni del Consiglio dell’Ordine, del Collegio dei Revisori/Revisore Unico; – il fac-simile di avviso di ripresa delle operazioni elettorali per le elezioni del Comitato pari opportunità; – la nota nella quale sono indicati gli adempimenti per il voto da remoto; – l’accordo per il trattamento dei dati che dovrà essere sottoscritto dagli Ordini che decideranno di utilizzare la piattaforma di voto SkyVote messa a disposizione dal Consiglio Nazionale.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
