REVISORI LEGALI: OBBLIGO FORMATIVO TRIENNIO 2017-2019 ENTRO IL 17 FEBBRAIO


Con Circolare n. 3 del 17 gennaio la Ragioneria Generale dello Stato ha posticipato al 17 febbraio 2022 il termine entro il quale i revisori legali che nel triennio 2017-2019 non abbiano conseguito i crediti per l'adempimento formativo richiesto dal MEF, potranno regolarizzare i debiti formativi attraverso la fruizione di corsi formativi in forma gratuita presenti nel portale FAD del Ministero dell'economia e delle finanze e accessibili direttamente, previo accreditamento, dall'area riservata del portale dei revisori legali. La posticipazione della chiusura della piattaforma ai fini della regolarizzazione del debito formativo pregresso, si legge nella Circolare, si è necessaria a causa delle frequenti interruzioni che hanno interessato la funzionalità della piattaforma dedicata, dovute a motivi tecnici nella maggior parte dei casi non prevedibili, che potrebbero aver ridotto il termine di novanta giorni utile al recupero concesso ai sensi dell'articolo 14 del D.M. 8/7/2021, n. 135. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
