BONUS PRIMA CASA "UNDER 36" CONFERMATO FINO AL 31 DICEMBRE


L'articolo 1, comma 151, della Legge n. 234/2021 (Legge di bilancio 2022), con una modifica all'art.64 del “Decreto Sostegni bis”, ha disposto la proroga al 31 dicembre 2022 del bonus prima casa "under 36", l'agevolazione fiscale per l'acquisto della casa di abitazione da parte di giovani introdotta con lo scopo di favorirne l'autonomia abitativa. In particolare, per i giovani con meno di 36 anni e con Isee fino a 40mila euro annui, è prevista l'esenzione dall'imposta di registro, ipotecaria e catastale per l'acquisto della prima casa. In caso di acquisto soggetto ad Iva, è riconosciuto un credito d'imposta di ammontare pari al tributo corrisposto in relazione all'acquisto. Ricordiamo che la scadenza originaria era fissata per il 30 giugno 2022. Le Legge di bilancio 2022 l'ha prorogata di ulteriori 6 mesi e, dunque, le agevolazioni si applicano agli atti stipulati nel periodo compreso tra il 26 maggio 2021 e il 31 dicembre 2022.  Maggiori informazioni sul sito internet dell'Agenzia Entrate.
