STRALCIO CARTELLE FINO A 5MILA EURO: ISTRUZIONI PER L'ANNULLAMENTO AUTOMATICO


Con Circolare n. 11/E del 22 settembre 2021 l'Agenzia delle Entrate, in collaborazione con Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione, fissa le regole dello Stralcio dei debiti fino a 5mila euro previsto dall'art. 4, commi da 4 a 9, del Decreto "Sostegni" (Dl n. 41/2021) e fornisce chiarimenti sui debiti che possono essere annullati, sui contribuenti che possono beneficiare della misura e sulle tempistiche.  Il 31 ottobre 2021, ricorda l'Agenzia Entrate, saranno stralciati in automatico tutti i debiti che, al 23 marzo 2021, hanno un importo residuo fino a 5mila euro, affidati all’agente della riscossione dal 1° gennaio 2000 al 31 dicembre 2010. Il limite di 5mila euro (inclusi capitale, interessi per ritardata iscrizione a ruolo e sanzioni) va calcolato in relazione agli importi dei singoli carichi.  In particolare l’Agenzia delle Entrate effettuerà le verifiche sul possesso dei requisiti da parte dei contribuenti interessati, segnalando i codici fiscali che restano fuori per il superamento del requisito reddituale, ed entro il 30 settembre darà il via libera all’annullamento. L’agente della riscossione provvederà in automatico allo Stralcio ed il contribuente potrà verificare l'annullamento dei debiti consultando la propria situazione debitoria con le modalità rese disponibili dall’agente della riscossione. I debiti oggetto di Stralcio si intendono tutti automaticamente annullati in data 31 ottobre 2021. Possono accedere allo Stralcio: le persone fisiche (modello 730 e Redditi 2020) che hanno percepito nell’anno d’imposta 2019 un reddito imponibile fino a 30mila euro; gli enti (Società di capitali, Società di persone ed Enti non commerciali) che hanno conseguito, nel periodo d’imposta in corso alla data del 31 dicembre 2019, un reddito imponibile fino a 30mila euro.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
