CONTRIBUTO A FONDO PERDUTO DL SOSTEGNI: PRONTI I CODICI TRIBUTO PER L'UTILIZZO IN COMPENSAZIONE


L'articolo 1, comma 1, del DL 41/2021 (Decreto "Sostegni") prevede il riconoscimento di un contributo a fondo perduto a favore dei soggetti titolari di partita IVA, residenti o stabiliti nel territorio dello Stato, che svolgono attività d'impresa, arte o professione o producono reddito agrario. In alternativa, a scelta irrevocabile del contribuente, e come previsto dal comma 7 del citato articolo, il contributo è riconosciuto sotto forma di credito d'imposta, da utilizzare esclusivamente in compensazione presentando il modello F24 tramite i servizi telematici dell'Agenzia delle Entrate. A questo scopo, con la Risoluzione n. 24/E del 12 aprile l'Agenzia Entrate ha istituito gli appositi codici tributo per l'utilizzo in compensazione, tramite modello F24, del contributo a fondo perduto e per la restituzione spontanea, tramite il modello "F24 Versamenti con elementi identificativi", del contributo non spettante, erogato mediante accredito su conto corrente o utilizzato in compensazione, nonché il versamento dei relativi interessi e sanzioni. Si tratta, in particolare, dei seguenti codici tributo: per l'utilizzo in compensazione del credito d'imposta: "6941" denominato "Contributo a fondo perduto Decreto Sostegni - credito d'imposta da utilizzare in compensazione - art. 1 DL n. 41 del 2021"   per la restituzione del contributo non spettante: "8128" denominato "Contributo a fondo perduto Decreto Sostegni - Restituzione spontanea - CAPITALE - art. 1 DL n. 41 del 2021"; "8129" denominato "Contributo a fondo perduto Decreto Sostegni - Restituzione spontanea - INTERESSI - art. 1 DL n. 41 del 2021"; "8130" denominato "Contributo a fondo perduto Decreto Sostegni - Restituzione spontanea - SANZIONE - art. 1 DL n. 41 del 2021".   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
