BONUS UNA TANTUM EDICOLE: PUBBLICATO L'ELENCO DEI BENEFICIARI


Sul sito del Dipartimento per l’Informazione e l’Editoria della presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri è stato pubblicato il decreto che approva l’elenco dei soggetti ai quali è riconosciuto il contributo una tantum fino a 1.000 euro a favore delle persone fisiche esercenti punti vendita esclusivi per la rivendita di giornali e riviste (cd. Bonus una tantum edicole), a titolo di sostegno economico per gli oneri straordinari sostenuti per lo svolgimento dell’attività durante l'emergenza sanitaria connessa alla diffusione del COVID-19. L'elenco pubblicato riporta l'indicazione dell'importo spettante a ciascun beneficiario. Nelle prossime settimane, viene specificato, sarà avviata la procedura per l’erogazione dei contributi concessi, non appena saranno disponibili le risorse finanziarie stanziate per l'agevolazione. Il contributo è erogato mediante accredito sul conto corrente intestato al beneficiario, dichiarato nella domanda. Non concorre alla formazione del reddito ed è revocabile in ogni momento, nel caso in cui venga accertata l’insussistenza di uno o più dei requisiti previsti ovvero nel caso in cui risultino false le dichiarazioni rese. I soggetti beneficiari sono tenuti a comunicare tempestivamente al Dipartimento per l'informazione e l'editoria l'eventuale perdita dei requisiti di ammissibilità al beneficio richiesto, nonché ogni altra variazione che incida sulla concessione dello stesso. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
