ANTIRICICLAGGIO: DISPONIBILE IL QUADERNO DEI DATI STATISTICI II SEMESTRE 2020


La UIF ha pubblicato il secondo quaderno della collana dei dati statistici del II semestre 2020. La dinamica del secondo semestre ha fortemente contribuito al risultato complessivo dell'anno a seguito della crescita delle segnalazioni di operazioni di sospetto riciclaggio, che hanno raggiunto le 59.760 unità (+11,1 per cento), in assoluto il numero più elevato ricevuto in un semestre. Le segnalazioni relative al finanziamento del terrorismo hanno registrato, invece, una riduzione. L'incremento del semestre è principalmente riconducibile alle segnalazioni effettuate da banche e Poste e agli IMEL. Il contributo complessivo del comparto finanziario non bancario è cresciuto mentre si è ridotta l'incidenza dei soggetti obbligati non finanziari. Le segnalazioni pervenute nel semestre hanno riguardato operazioni per oltre 48 miliardi di euro, in linea con i risultati del secondo semestre del 2019; la componente di operazioni sospette solo prospettate e non eseguite è aumentata (da 3 a 9 miliardi circa) e si riferisce principalmente a tentativi di truffe nell'ambito dell'emergenza sanitaria. Nel periodo considerato l'Unità ha complessivamente analizzato e trasmesso agli Organi investigativi 60.457 segnalazioni (113.643 nell'intero anno). The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
