Premio alla nascita: 800 euro per gravidanza, affidamento o adozione


Il "premio alla nascita" è un beneficio economico di 800 euro riconosciuto, su domanda, alla futura madre al compimento del settimo mese di gravidanza ovvero alla nascita o al momento dell'affidamento o dell'adozione di minorenne. L'INPS, tramite il messaggio 13 novembre 2020, n. 4252 ha fornito diverse indicazioni per beneficiare di tale incentivo. Le sintetizziamo di seguito: la prestazione può essere concessa in un'unica soluzione in occasione dei seguenti eventi: compimento del settimo mese di gravidanza (ovvero dall'inizio dell'ottavo mese); nascita avvenuta (anche se antecedente all'inizio dell'ottavo mese di gravidanza); adozione di minorenne, nazionale o internazionale, e nei casi di affidamento preadottivo, nazionale o internazionale. Il premio viene riconosciuto anche quando, maturato il requisito del settimo mese di gestazione, si verifichi un'interruzione della gravidanza (cfr., in proposito, la circolare n. 78 del 2017). In caso di parto plurimo, gravidanza gemellare o affidamento/adozione plurimi la richiedente ha diritto ad ottenere una quota di 800 per ogni bambino. Nel caso di parto plurimo dovrà essere presentata una domanda per ogni figlio, mentre negli altri casi sarà possibile indicare i gemelli o minorenni adottati/affidati in un'unica domanda. Presentazione della domanda La domanda deve essere presentata all'INPS esclusivamente in via telematica mediante una delle seguenti modalità: WEB - Servizi telematici accessibili direttamente dal cittadino tramite PIN dispositivo o SPID collegandosi a questo servizio Contact Center Integrato - numero verde 803.164 (numero gratuito da rete fissa) o numero 06 164.164 (numero da rete mobile con tariffazione a carico dell'utenza chiamante); Enti di Patronato attraverso i servizi offerti dagli stessi.

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
