Fatturato in discesa e clienti intenzionati a chiudere: la fotografia dell'Osservatorio Covid-19 di Cndcec-Fnc


Solo un commercialista su tre ha beneficiato del Bonus da 600 euro e il 58% degli intervistati ha dichiarato di avere almeno un cliente che non riaprirà. Questi i dati che emergono dall'Osservatorio Covid-19 del Consiglio Nazionale dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili e della Fondazione Nazionale Commercialisti. Tramite interviste condotte su un campione rappresentativo di Commercialisti tra il 22 e il 25 maggio 2020 pari a 1.125 risposte, l'Osservatorio garantisce una panoramica sulla grave situazione di difficoltà che studi professionali e imprese loro clienti stanno vivendo. Stando alle interviste condotte oltre il 54% dei commercialisti avrebbe subito un calo di fatturato nel mese di aprile 2020 superiore ad un terzo rispetto allo stesso mese del 2019. Il 35% di questi ultimi ha dichiarato un calo superiore ai 10.000 euro. Solo il 34% dei commercialisti intervistati ha potuto beneficiare del bonus da 600 euro istituito dal Decreto Legge cd. "Cura Italia" per il mese di marzo. L'Osservatorio sul Covid-19 non si limita a fotografare il clima nel quale i commercialisti sono stati catapultati e permette di apprezzare anche i problemi dei loro clienti, ovvero di quella economia reale prima bloccata dal lockdown e ora faticosamente intenta a ripartire. Il 58% dei commercialisti intervistati ha dichiarato di avere almeno una impresa cliente che ha deciso di non riaprire. Per il 29% degli intervistati la quota di clienti che non riapriranno è sotto al 5% del totale, per il 16% una impresa su dieci e per un altro 14% si tratta di più di una impresa su dieci. La ragione principale che ha portato i clienti a decidere di non riaprire? Nel 65% dei casi la carenza di liquidità, nel 33% dei casi è l'eccessiva onerosità dei protocolli di sicurezza introdotti per limitare il contagio e nel 15% è il rischio penale legato al Covid-19. Secondo le interviste condotte, circa metà dei commercialisti ha dichiarato che più della metà dei propri clienti si troverebbe nella condizione di riduzione di fatturato tale da avere diritto alla sospensione dei versamenti fiscali (secondo il D.L. Liquidità, "Necessario che si verifichi una diminuzione del fatturato superiore al 33% nei mesi di marzo o di aprile 2020 rispetto all'analogo mese del 2019"). In particolare, per il 14% dei commercialisti intervistati tra il 76 e il 100% dei clienti ne avrebbe diritto. Per il 35,2% degli intervistati la quota scende a 51-75%, per un altro 33,9% a 26-50% dei clienti e solo il 16,9% dei commercialisti ha dichiarato che la quota di clienti aventi diritto alla sospensione è compresa tra lo 0 e il 25%. In generale però le imprese che hanno diritto alla sospensione dei versamenti supererebbero quelle che beneficeranno di contributi a fondo perduto ("riduzione del fatturato nel mese di aprile 2020 superiore ad almeno un terzo del fatturato dello stesso mese del 2019, esclusi i liberi professionisti"). La percentuale dei commercialisti che ritiene le imprese clienti che ne abbiano diritto siano poche si attesta al 23%, il 38% dichiara che sono "abbastanza", solo il 29% ritiene che "molte" imprese clienti ne beneficeranno e il restante 10% ritiene che siano "moltissime".
