ATTESTAZIONI CAMERALI SU DICHIARAZIONI DELLE IMPRESE DI SUSSISTENZA CAUSE DI FORZA MAGGIORE PER EMERGENZA COVID-19


Le imprese che operano nei mercati internazionali, la cui attività è stata sospesa a causa dell'emergenza sanitaria da COVID-19, possono richiedere il rilascio di attestazioni in lingua inglese di sussistenza di cause di forza maggiore per emergenza Covid-19 nei contratti con l'estero alla Camera di commercio competente per territorio. Di seguito pubblichiamo le istruzioni previste dalla Camera di Commercio di Milano - MonzaBrianza - Lodi La dichiarazione può essere richiesta online o allo sportello, in entrambi i casi il ritiro dovrà avvenire allo sportello, come specificato di seguito. Fac simile della Dichiarazione/Declaration che può essere rilasciata dalla Camera di commercio. Come richiederla Allo sportello previa prenotazione scrivendo, per la sede di Milano a certificazioni.estere@mi.camcom.it e per la sede di Monza a certificazioniestere.monza@mi.camcom.it. Sarà necessario produrre la richiesta firmata in originale dal legale rappresentante, allegando copia della documento di identità del firmatario. I diritti di segreteria ammontano a 3 euro, con pagamento in contanti o carta di credito. Il rilascio dell'attestazione è immediato. Se la modulistica è completa la presenza del firmatario allo sportello non è necessaria, è sufficiente un suo incaricato per la richiesta e il ritiro dell'attestazione. On line tramite Cert'o, selezionando come tipologia di pratica "richiesta visti e autorizzazioni". È necessario allegare il modulo di richiesta compilato e firmato digitalmente dal legale rappresentante. Il pagamento dei diritti di segreteria (pari 3 euro) viene effettuato on line. Per questa tipologia di attestazione non è possibile la modalità "stampa in azienda", per cui un incaricato del richiedente, anche corriere, dovrà venire a ritirare l'attestazione quando la pratica verrà segnalata come "chiusa"

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
