SISMA BONUS: OK ALLA DETRAZIONE SOLO CON "PROCEDURE AUTORIZZATORIE" AVVIATE DAL 1 GENNAIO 2017


Con la Risposta n. 93 del 24 marzo 2020 l'Agenzia delle Entrate si è espressa in tema di "Sismabonus" ed ha chiarito che gli acquirenti delle unità immobiliari possono fruire della detrazione di cui all'articolo 16 del DL n. 63 del 2013 per l'acquisto delle case antisismiche, solo qualora le "procedure autorizzatorie" siano avviate dalle imprese di costruzione o ristrutturazione immobiliare a partire dal 1° gennaio 2017.
