IL "DECRETO CLIMA" IN GAZZETTA UFFICIALE: LE MISURE PREVISTE


Il Consiglio dei Ministri, nella seduta del 10 ottobre 2019 ha approvato il cosiddetto "Decreto clima", che introduce misure urgenti per il rispetto degli obblighi previsti dalla direttiva 2008/50/CE per la qualità dell'aria. Il decreto, in particolare, prevede: un "buono mobilità" destinato ai cittadini che risiedono in comuni che superano i limiti di emissioni inquinanti indicati dalla normativa europea sulla qualità dell'aria. Consiste in un contributo di 500 o 1.500 euro per chi rottama un motociclo o un'auto fino alla classe euro 3 entro il 31 dicembre 2021 e potrà essere usato per acquistare abbonamenti di trasporto pubblico locale o biciclette anche a pedalata assistita; un fondo per finanziare progetti di creazione, prolungamento, ammodernamento di corsie preferenziali di trasporto pubblico locale; uno stanziamento per i comuni con particolari livelli di inquinamento che realizzano o implementano il trasporto scolastico dei bambini della scuola dell'infanzia statale e comunale attraverso mezzi di trasporto ibridi elettrici o non inferiori a euro 6, immatricolati per la prima volta dopo il 31 agosto 2019; risorse per finanziare un programma sperimentale di riforestazione; un fondo per finanziare gli esercenti che, al fine di ridurre la produzione di rifiuti, attrezzano spazi dedicati alla vendita di prodotti sfusi o alla spina, alimentari e detergenti.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
