DIRITTI DOGANALI - FISSATO IL SAGGIO DI INTERESSE PER IL PAGAMENTO DIFFERITO


Il saggio di interesse per il pagamento differito dei diritti doganali effettuato oltre il periodo di giorni trenta è stabilito nella misura dello 0,213 per cento annuo per il periodo dal 13 gennaio 2019 al 12 luglio 2019. Lo ha stabilito il Ministero dell'Economia e delle finanze con il decreto 22 marzo 2019, pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 79 del 3 aprile 2019. La disciplina vigente in materia doganale - art. 79, del Testo unico delle disposizioni legislative in materia doganale, approvato con il D.P.R. n. 43 del 23 gennaio 1973, come sostituito dall'art. 5, comma 2, della L. n. 213 del 25 luglio 2000 - dispone che, su richiesta dell'operatore, il ricevitore della dogana consente il pagamento differito dei diritti doganali per un periodo di 30 giorni. Può essere autorizzata una dilazione di tale termine fino ad un massimo di 90 giorni in totale. Il pagamento differito dei diritti doganali effettuato successivamente al periodo iniziale di 30 giorni comporta l'obbligo della corresponsione di un interesse il cui saggio deve essere fissato ogni sei mesi con decreto del Ministero dell'economia e delle finanze, sentita la Banca d'Italia, in base al rendimento netto dei buoni ordinari del Tesoro a tre mesi. Pertanto, il tasso di interesse per il pagamento differito dei diritti doganali è fissato nella misura dello 0,213% per il periodo dal 13 gennaio 2019 al 12 luglio 2019.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
