IL MERCATO IMMOBILIARE DELLE ABITAZIONI: PUBBLICATO IL RAPPORTO 2017


L'Osservatorio del Mercato Immobiliare dell'Agenzia delle Entrate (OMI), in collaborazione con l'Associazione Bancaria Italiana, pubblica annualmente un rapporto immobiliare dedicato al settore residenziale, che analizza i dati dell'anno precedente relativamente al mercato immobiliare delle abitazioni. E' stato da poco pubblicato il Rapporto Immobiliare 2017 che, per il 2016, conferma il trend positivo del mercato delle abitazioni in Italia con un +18,9% di compravendite, che fa seguito alla crescita del 6,5% del 2015 e del 3,5% del 2014. Per l'acquisto di abitazioni nel 2016 il settore ha guadagnato circa 13 miliardi di euro, con una ripresa del valore complessivo delle compravendite che passa da 76 a 89 miliardi di euro. In aumento anche l'acquisto delle abitazioni tramite mutuo ipotecario (+27,3%), dato che dimostra un miglioramento dell'indice di affordability, ossia il dato che misura la possibilità di accesso delle famiglie italiane all'acquisto della casa. Stabili invece i nuovi contratti di affitto di immobili ad uso abitativo, che registrano un aumento dello 0,63% rispetto all'anno precedente. Clicca qui per accedere al documento integrale.
