AGGIORNATO IL MODELLO IVA TR


L’Agenzia Entrate ha pubblicato sul proprio sito l’aggiornamento del modello IVA TR insieme alle istruzioni per la compilazione e alle relative specifiche tecniche, da utilizzare a partire dal 1° aprile 2023. Il 14 marzo 2023 l’Agenzia Entrate ha aggiornato il modello IVA TR, che deve essere utilizzato dai contribuenti che hanno realizzato nel trimestre un’eccedenza di imposta detraibile di importo superiore a 2.582,28 euro e che intendono chiedere in tutto o in parte il rimborso di tale eccedenza o intendono utilizzarla in compensazione. L’Agenzia Entrate ha pubblicato il nuovo modello da utilizzare a partire dal 1° aprile 2023; la versione precedente potrà comunque essere utilizzata fino al 2 maggio 2023. Di seguito si riportano le modifiche al modello, alle istruzioni per la compilazione e alle relative specifiche tecniche. É sostituita l’informativa sul trattamento dei dati personali (ai sensi degli artt. 13 e 14 Reg. UE 2016/679). Sono soppressi poi i righi TA11A e TA14, le percentuali dei righi da TA5 a TA13 sono sostituite con le seguenti rigo TA5 7%, rigo TA6 7,3%, rigo TA7 7,5%, rigo TA8 8,3%, rigo TA9 8,5%, rigo TA10 8,8%, rigo TA11 10%, rigo TA12 12,3%, rigo TA13 22% e nel rigo TA22 il riferimento al rigo TA14 è sostituito con TA13. Nel quadro TB  i righi TB11A e TB14 sono soppressi, le percentuali dei righi da TB5 a TB13 sono sostituite con le seguenti: rigo TB5 7%, rigo TB6 7,3%, rigo TB7 7,5%, rigo TB8 8,3%, rigo TB9 8,5%, rigo TB10 8,8%, rigo TB11 10%, rigo TB12 12,3%, rigo TB13 22% e nel rigo TB20 il riferimento al rigo TB14 è sostituito con TB13.

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
