DEFINIZIONE AGEVOLATA LITI PENDENTI: DOMANDE ENTRO IL 30 GIUGNO TRAMITE IL CANALE TELEMATICO


Tempo fino al 30 giugno per inviare le domande di definizione agevolata delle liti pendenti in cui è parte l’Agenzia delle Entrate. Dal 15 marzo, infatti, è stato aperto il canale telematico che i contribuenti che intendono chiudere le controversie aperte con il Fisco, potranno utilizzare per la presentazione delle istanze, usufruendo delle agevolazioni previste dalla Legge di Bilancio 2023.Il canale telematico diventa quindi la modalità ordinaria per l’invio delle domande, che non potranno essere più trasmesse via Pec.I contribuenti possono definire le controversie attribuite alla giurisdizione tributaria, in cui è parte l’Agenzia delle Entrate, pendenti al 1° gennaio 2023 in ogni stato e grado del giudizio, compreso quello in Cassazione e anche a seguito di rinvio.  La definizione delle liti si perfeziona con la presentazione della domanda, direttamente dal contribuente o tramite un soggetto incaricato, e con il versamento dell’importo netto dovuto, o della prima rata, entro il 30 giugno 2023.Deve essere presentata una distinta domanda di definizione per ciascuna controversia tributaria autonoma (ossia relativa al singolo atto impugnato). Non è ammesso il pagamento rateale nel caso in cui gli importi da versare non superino i mille euro.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
