BONUS RIQUALIFICAZIONE ALBERGHI: ONLINE L'ELENCO DELLE IMPRESE AMMESSE ALL'AGEVOLAZIONE


Sul sito internet del Ministero del Turismo è stato pubblicato il Decreto di autorizzazione alla fruizione delle agevolazioni sotto forma di credito d’imposta per le strutture ricettive che hanno presentato istanza per accedervi. Parliamo del cosiddetto "bonus riqualificazione alberghi", il credito d’imposta pari al 65% delle spese sostenute, dal 1° gennaio 2020 al 6 novembre 2021, per interventi di miglioramento delle strutture ricettive turistico-alberghiere, come: manutenzione straordinaria restauro e di risanamento conservativo ristrutturazione edilizia eliminazione delle barriere architettoniche incremento dell’efficienza energetica adozione di misure antisismiche acquisto di mobili e componenti d’arredo realizzazione di piscine termali, per i soli stabilimenti termali acquisizione di attrezzature e apparecchiature necessarie per lo svolgimento delle attività termali, per i soli stabilimenti termali. Sul sito del Ministero è stato pubblicato anche l’elenco delle strutture ricettive beneficiarie (“Allegato 1”). Ai fini della fruizione del credito d’imposta, l’Agenzia delle Entrate pubblicherà apposita Risoluzione di istituzione del codice tributo per l’utilizzo, tramite modello F24, dell’agevolazione fiscale. “Sono felice di essere riuscita a velocizzare le operazioni di riconoscimento del credito d’imposta autorizzato nei mesi scorsi dalla Commissione Europea nell’ambito del “Quadro temporaneo per le misure di aiuto di Stato a sostegno dell’economia nell’attuale emergenza del COVID-19”. Abbiamo fatto ogni sforzo per giungere in tempo utile affinché gli operatori che ne hanno diritto ne possano fruire già in sede di pagamento delle imposte di questo novembre. Un beneficio, quindi, che consente di alleviare la carenza di liquidità dovuta ai rincari energetici che pesano fortemente nel comparto turistico.” ha affermato il Ministro del Turismo, Daniela Santanchè, nel commentare la pubblicazione del decreto di autorizzazione alla fruizione del credito d’imposta.
