PUBBLICATA LA "RELAZIONE DELL'ORGANO DI REVISIONE SUL RENDICONTO DELLA GESTIONE"


Come ogni anno il Consiglio Nazionale dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili ha pubblicato la "Relazione dell'organo di revisione sul rendiconto della gestione", realizzata in collaborazione con l'Associazione Nazionale dei Certificatori e Revisori degli Enti Locali (ANCREL). Il documento, predisposto nel rispetto della parte II "Ordinamento finanziario e contabile del D. Lgs.18/8/2000 n. 267" (TUEL) e dei principi contabili generali allegati al D. Lgs. 118/2011, è formato da un testo in Word con traccia della relazione dell'organo di revisione e da tabelle in formato Excel editabili. La relazione, si legge nella notizia pubblicata sul sito del CNDCEC, rappresenta soltanto una traccia per la formazione della relazione da parte dell'organo di revisione, che resta l'unico responsabile dei rapporti con tutti i soggetti destinatari del documento, nonché della documentazione a supporto prodotta nell'ambito dell'attività di vigilanza e controllo anche mediante apposite carte di lavoro e check-list". The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
