PROROGA E AMPLIAMENTO DEL CONGEDO OBBLIGATORIO PADRI LAVORATORI DIPENDENTI: MODALITà DI PRESENTAZIONE DELLA DOMANDA


La legge di bilancio 2019 ha disposto la proroga del congedo obbligatorio per i padri lavoratori dipendenti anche per le nascite, le adozioni e gli affidamenti avvenuti nel 2019. La durata del congedo obbligatorio per l'anno 2019, poi, per effetto della disposizione di cui all'articolo 1, comma 278, lett. b) della citata legge, è stata aumentata a cinque giorni, da fruire anche in via non continuativa entro i cinque mesi di vita o dall'ingresso in famiglia o in Italia (in caso di adozione/affidamento nazionale o internazionale) del minore. Con il messaggio n. 591 del 13 febbraio 2019 l'Inps fornisce indicazioni sulle modalità di presentazione della domanda di congedo obbligatorio, oltre a fornire i riferimenti operativi per la fruizione del congedo facoltativo 2019.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
