OPERATIVA LA 'DELEGA UNICA' PER I SERVIZI ONLINE DI ENTRATE ED ENTRATE-RISCOSSIONE


In vigore ed operativa, dallo scorso 8 dicembre, la nuova procedura esclusivamente telematica che consente ai contribuenti, con una sola comunicazione, di attivare il mandato al professionista di fiducia per operare in area riservata sui siti dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate e dell?"Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione.  Con un?"unica operazione, la nuova delega unica consente di comunicare i dati delle deleghe rilasciate agli intermediari riferite ad uno o più servizi online dell?"Agenzia delle entrate e dell?"Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione, unificando anche le scadenze, semplificando così la gestione operativa da parte dei professionisti.In particolare, dopo aver stipulato un accordo con l'intermediario, in formato cartaceo o digitale, i contribuenti possono attivare con un?"unica operazione le deleghe rilasciate agli intermediari riferite ad uno o più servizi online di entrambe le Agenzie, tra cui quelli disponibili nel “Cassetto fiscale delegato” e nel portale “Fatture e corrispettivi” per Agenzia delle Entrate e quelli disponibili in “Equipro” per Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione. Attenzione alle scadenzeLe nuove deleghe resteranno efficaci fino al 31 dicembre del quarto anno successivo a quello di conferimento, salvo revoca o rinuncia. La scadenza, invece, è fissata al 28 febbraio 2027 per quelle già attive alla data del 5 dicembre 2025, se non ancora scadute. Come attivare la delega unicaCi sono due possibilità per l'attivazione della delega: il contribuente comunica la delega unica direttamente online, accedendo con Spid, Cie o Cns alla propria area riservata sul sito dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate e indicando l?"intermediario e i servizi da attivare; la comunicazione della delega viene effettuata dall'intermediario con modalità esclusivamente digitali, con mandato resta valido fino al 31 dicembre del quarto anno successivo alla sua attivazione, a meno di revoca o rinuncia.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
