TAX CREDIT SISTEMI DI ACCUMULO IN IMPIANTI DI PRODUZIONE DI ENERGIA DA FONTI RINNOVABILI: DOMANDE DA MARZO 2023


Con Provvedimento dell'11 ottobre 2022 l'Agenzia delle Entrate definisce modalità, termini di presentazione e contenuto dell'istanza per il riconoscimento del credito d’imposta per le spese sostenute nel 2022 relative all'installazione di sistemi di accumulo integrati in impianti di produzione elettrica alimentati da fonti rinnovabili. Con lo stesso Provvedimento viene approvato il modello per la richiesta del credito d'imposta e le relative istruzioni di compilazione. Parliamo del credito d'imposta istituito dalla Legge di bilancio 2022 (art. 1, comma 812, della legge 30 dicembre 2021, n. 234) in favore delle persone fisiche che, dal 1° gennaio 2022 al 31 dicembre 2022, sostengono spese documentate relative all’installazione di sistemi di accumulo integrati in impianti di produzione elettrica alimentati da fonti rinnovabili, anche se già esistenti e beneficiari degli incentivi per lo scambio sul posto. L'istanza deve essere inviata nella finestra temporale che va dal 1° marzo 2023 al 30 marzo 2023, esclusivamente con modalità telematiche utilizzando il servizio web disponibile nell’area riservata del sito internet dell’Agenzia delle entrate, direttamente dal contribuente oppure avvalendosi di un soggetto incaricato della trasmissione delle dichiarazioni. Entro 5 giorni dalla presentazione dell'istanza viene rilasciata, nell'area riservata del sito delle Entrate del soggetto che l'ha presentata, una ricevuta che ne attesta la presa in carico, ovvero lo scarto, con l’indicazione delle relative motivazioni.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
